摘要: Biological treatment of textile wastewater using granules involves the application self-immobilisation high density biomass under intermittent facultative anaerobic and aerobic system. Since are dense have settling velocity, active to be retained without being washed out, minimising previous problems suspended in treating wastewater. The use synthetic containing single or several combinations dyes for development has been widely studied. However, little reported on more complex toxic real Hence, there is a need develop that well adapted order improve efficiency. In this study, consisting bio-augmented consortium four locally isolated decolourising bacteria were successfully developed anaerobic-aerobic Sludge was added as seeding agent 1 L SBR reactor at hydraulic retention time (HRT) 6 h. 16S rDNA molecular analysis showed ZK1 (JQ773350), ZK2 (JQ773351), ZB1 (JF742762) ZB2 (JF742761) closely related Bacillus pumilus, cereus, Brevibacillus panacihumi Lysinibacillus fusiformis respectively. After 112 days, size reached 3.3 ± mm dark grey colour, with integrity coefficient 25 2, velocity 56 5 m h-1 sludge volume index (SVI) 35 5.5 mL g-1. Biomass concentration 13 0.8 g L-1 11 0.6 MLSS MLVSS general, good removal colour (70 %; initial ADMI values ranging from 500 2000) COD (53 400 1,500 mg L-1) HRT 24 h (18 h) (6 h).
