摘要: The ban of lead in many electronic products and the expectation that, sooner or later, this will include currently exempt piezoelectric ceramics based on Lead-Zirconate-Titanate has motivated research groups to look for lead-free substitutes. After a short overview different classes with large strain, review focus Bismuth-Sodium-Titanate its solid solutions. These compounds exhibit extraordinarily high due field induced phase transition, which makes them attractive actuator applications. structural features these materials origin field-induced strain be revised. Technologies texturing, increases useable introduced. Finally, that are relevant application multilayer design summarized.
