摘要: Abstract Pouchitis is a complication of restorative proctocolectomy and ileal pouch-anal anastomosis surgery in patients who undergo the procedure for treatment inflammatory bowel disease or familial adenomatous polyposis. Patients can present with increased stool frequency, urgency, fecal seepage, abdominal cramps. The reported cumulative frequency rates pouchitis 10 years after IPAA range from 23% to 60% IBD 0% 11% FAP patients. Although pathogenesis unclear, several risk factors have been identified including extraintestinal manifestations disease, autoimmune disorder(s), severity serologic markers (serum IgG4, autoantibodies bacterial antigens, p-ANCA, anti-CBir1 flagellin antibody), genetic (NOD2 mutation), smoking, certain dietary factors. In this review, we will focus on incidence, prevalence, associated pouchitis.
