摘要: Since the early 70s electrochemistry has been used as a powerful analytical technique for monitoring electroactive species in living organisms. In particular, after extremely rapid evolution of new micro and nanotechnology it established an invaluable ranging from experiments vivo to measurement exocytosis during communication between cells under vitro conditions. This review highlights recent advances development electrochemical sensors selective sensing one most important neurotransmitters—dopamine. Dopamine is catecholamine neurotransmitter, abundant mammalian central nervous system, affecting both cognitive behavioral functions We have not attempted cover large time-span nor be comprehensive presenting vast literature devoted dopamine sensing. Instead, we focused on last five years, describing progress well showing some problems directions future development.
