On suppressing azimuth ambiguities of synthetic aperture radar by three filters

摘要: This paper proposes a method for suppressing the azimuth ambiguities of synthetic aperture radar (SAR). is based on discrete time domain model echo signal. In addition to usual matched filter used by image reconstruction SAR, other two filters are get responses which have same shapes as first ambiguities. After outputs latter subtracted from that filter, we can response nearly free Simulation shows this effective. helpful in improving SAR quality and relaxing constraints pulse repetition frequency (PRF) system design.
