摘要: We demonstrate a novel receiver design on silicon for local-oecillator(LO)-less detection of single-polarization multi-level amplitude-shift keying(ASK) signals. Reception 28Gbaud and 56GBaud 4-ASK signals has successfully demonstrated. The uses inter-polarization 180° mixer based adiabatic mode conversion.
