THE USE OF THE SHYE'S SYSTEMIC QUALITY LIFE MODEL IN THE EXAMINATION OF CHILD PROTECTION OFFICERS DECISION

摘要: The paper presents the results of a systematicstudy factors that child protectionofficers consider in their decisions whetheror not to remove children at risk from theirhomes. A sample 194 Israel completed questionnaireconstructed on basis Shye's SystemicQuality Life Model (1979, 1985), which tapsthe psychological, physical, social, andcultural dimensions quality life.Questions were answered 368 fairlyevenly divided between those they decided toremove home and keepat home. findings show 85% werecorrectly classified model,and close associations qualityof life decisions.
