Pharmaceutical Quality of Glibenclamide Products A Multinational Postmarket Comparative Study

摘要: AbstractA multinational postmarket comparative study of pharmaceutical quality glibenclamide products was performed in cooperation with large number laboratories and under anspices the Section Official Laboratories Medicines Control Services FIP World Health Organization. 28 countries from Europe, Africa, North South America, Asia Australia participated this study. Altogether 142 tablet formulations respective were investigated. The tested for identity, purity, content, uniformity content in-vitro dissolution properties. Most fulfilled pharmacoepial requirements concerning purity (95–115%). Marked differences recorded respect behaviour. This applies not only to different but also among same country.
