摘要: A kinetic study was carried out on the anaerobic digestion of olive-mill wastewater (OMW) and OMW that previously fermented with Aspergillus terreus. The bioreactors used were batch fed contained saponite as support for mediating bacteria. process followed first-order kinetics, from which constant calculated using a non-linear regression. This parameter influenced by pretreatment out, 3.7 times higher pretreated than untreated OMW. processing seemingly involved no inhibition phenomena biotoxicity total phenolic compound content (analysed HPLC) reduced 71.2% 77.9% respectively result pretreatment. Finally, yield coefficient methane production 0.345 litres (at standard temperature pressure)/g chemical oxygen demand, is, 23% provided wastewater.
