摘要: Despite indications that regions within the anterior temporal lobe ATL might make a crucial contribution to pan-modal semantic representation, date there have been no investigations of when during processing plays critical role. To test timing involvement in processing, we studied effect double-pulse TMS on behavioral responses and difficulty-matched control tasks. Chronometric was delivered over left 10 mm from tip pole along middle gyrus. During each trial, two pulses 40 msec apart were either at baseline before stimulus presentation or one experimental time points 100, 250, 400, 800 poststimulus onset. A significant disruption performance identified 400 task but not assessment. Our results only reinforce key role representation also indicate its is especially important around Together, these facts suggest may be neural sources N400 ERP component.
