Naphthoquinone Derivatives from the Ebenaceae. III. Shinanolone from Diospyros japonica SIEB.

摘要: Three naphthoquinones, isodiospyrin (I), bisisodiospyrin (II), and 7-methyljuglone (IV), a new tetralone derivative named shinanolone (III) four triterpenes, taraxerol, lupeol, betulin, betulinic acid, were isolated from the roots of Diospyros japonica. The structure was elucidated to be 4, 8-dihydroxy-6-methyl-1-tetralone application dibenzoate chirality rule attempted for compound.
