摘要: Acoustic emission (AE) method of nondestructive check is based on exertion wave radiation and their registration during fast local material structure reorganization. It used as a means analysis materials, constructions, productions control diagnosis operating time. In the article, it applied to structural health monitoring Wind Turbine Gearbox (WTG). testing has been for years test metallic structures. More recently become primary WTG; all are present in failure WTG. AE very successful at detecting these mechanisms sometimes identifying them from amplitude signals. However large structures, high acoustic attenuation WTG precludes unless origin individual signals can be identified corrections distances traveled signal amplitudes. The usual structures apply an array sensors spaced so that moderate occurring midway between will just barely trigger each sensor.
