摘要: Nanoparticles (NPs) have a high potential for biological applications as they can be used carriers the controlled release of bioactive factors. Here we focused on poly(ethylenimine) (PEI)-coated iron oxide hybrid NPs obtained by hydrothermal synthesis in pressure conditions and evaluated their behavior culture medium presence or absence cells, well ability to incorporate antitumor drug cisplatin. Our results showed that Fe-PEI allowed incorporation cisplatin, which even increased its anti-tumor effects. Furthermore, commonly occurring phenomenon aggregation was exploited further entrapment other active molecules, such fluorescent dye DiI valinomycin. The molecules bound during process were delivered inside various cells after vitro vivo direct contact between activity preserved, thus supporting therapeutic value delivery tools.
