摘要: Pyriforms are ovarian follicle nurse cells that undergo apoptosis at the end of previtellogenesis and completely eliminated by epithelium. This event is accompanied active transfer organelles macromolecules to oocyte via an intercellular bridge. Since it would be a nonsense for damaged mitochondria reach oocyte, we have postulated pyriform adapted their apoptotic machinery prevent mitochondrial degradation. To verify this hypothesis, studied morphology functionality during cell regression. Cytological biochemical evidence indicates in pyriforms maintain size, organization membrane potential. clearly they not involved signalling/progression. block favour both increasing pool available from cells, also regressing pyriforms, maintaining energy resources required completion function. The probably attributable over-expression Bcl-2 might carried out sequestering cytochrome c inside organelles. As demonstrated vitro experiments, pathway can activated stress induction, such as serum deprivation, but following physiological pro-apoptotic signalling, treatment with gonadotrophin-releasing hormone.
