摘要: Boron-doped diamond (BDD), glassy carbon (GC) and gold electrodes were used to examine the electrochemical oxidation of nitrite. Voltammetric studies have shown that, from standpoint nitrite determination, conductive clearly outperforms other electrode materials. Thus, it has been found that BDD exhibits excellent behavior, in terms very well-defined, reproducible peaks, together with extremely low background current. The study effect pH neutral weakly acidic media are more suitable for amperometric detection This is because, under these experimental conditions, signal-generating species NO - 2 ions, which ensures higher current response pH-independence analytical signal. Based upon results, a simple method determination was established within concentration range 0.0004 ÷ 1 mM. useful signal obtained directly 400 nM also noteworthy an advantage compared voltammetric method.
