摘要: The case for using strategic environmental assessment in land-use planning is presented and its use the preparation of revised Lancashire Structure Flan described. methodology applied results obtained are outlined lessons derived from evaluated. It concluded that approach encourages early incorporation considerations decision-making within process promotes a type pattern development which better sustains resources.
