摘要: Background Because many gastrointestinal (GI) tumors spread by way of lymphatics, histological assessment the first draining lymph nodes has both prognostic and therapeutic significance. However, sentinel node mapping GI tract using available techniques is limited unpredictable drainage patterns, high background signal, inability to image lymphatic tracers relative surgical anatomy in real time. Our goal was develop a method for patient-specific intraoperative invisible near-infrared light.
