摘要: In this work, a simple, robust, and an efficient numerical algorithm to calculate the scattered acoustic fields from complex shaped objects such as aircrafts missiles, subjected plane wave incidence is presented. The work based on recently proposed method of moments (MoM) potential theory, unlike standard Helmholtz integral equation (HIE) solution method. For solution, scattering structure approximated by planar triangular patches. MoM bodies involving open/closed/intersecting surfaces, unified set basis functions approximate source distribution defined. These along with suitable testing procedure generates simple applicable finite bodies. Finally, several examples, comparison other methods wherever possible, have been presented illustrate capabilities present
