摘要: Epidermal growth factor in human submandibular gland was localized at the subcellular level by means of an immunogold staining method. Labelling observed serous acini and ducts. In acini, gold particles were found within secretory granules, indicating that is released into saliva through granule exocytosis. ductal system, most intense reactivity revealed principal cells striated these cells, abundant population small cytoplasmic vesicles specifically stained. Immunoreactive both apically basally, suggesting can release their products not only but also interstitium.
