摘要: Biocompatible and polymerizable natural macromolecules have been found to provide great advantages in the preparation of hydrogels, which wide applications fields tissue engineering polymeric drug delivery systems. To develop a new biocompatible chitosan derivative, N-maleic acyl-chitosan (NMCS) was synthesized this study. This novel biomaterial designed from N-acylation with maleic anhydride introducing functional carboxyl vinylated (--C[double bond]C--) groups. The structure NMCS characterized by FTIR, (1)H NMR, element analysis, X-ray diffraction (XRD). can be dissolved into water because its decreased crystallinity compared chitosan. NMCS's multiporous microgel morphology revealed transmission electron microscope (TEM). Crosslinked hydrogel films successfully obtain through macromolecular polymerization NMCS. Subsequently, 3T3 fibroblasts were cultured onto surface polymerized (P-NMCS) examine capability cell attachment proliferation. Results culture demonstrate that P-NMCS significant improvement proliferation over unmodified improved cytocompatibility is expected substantial contributions future.
