摘要: The human immune defense mechanisms and factors associated with good versus poor health outcomes following viral respiratory tract infections (VRTI), as well correlates of protection vaccination against viruses, remain incompletely understood. To shed further light into these mechanisms, a number systems-scale studies have been conducted to measure transcriptional changes in blood leukocytes either naturally or experimentally infected individuals, individual's post-vaccination. Here we are making available public repository, for research investigators interpretation, collection transcriptome datasets obtained from whole peripheral mononuclear cells (PBMC) investigate the responses infection viruses. In total, Thirty one31 datasets, their related studies, were identified retrieved NCBI Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) loaded custom web application designed interactive query visualization integrated large-scale data. Quality control checks, using relevant biological markers, performed. Multiple sample groupings rank lists created facilitate dataset interpretation. Via this interface, users can generate links customized graphical views, which may be subsequently inserted manuscripts report novel findings. GXB tool enables browsing single gene across projects, providing new perspectives on role given molecule systems diagnostic prognostic VRTI but also identifying protection.
