摘要: Abstract The performance of laser-glazed zirconia (containing 8 wt.% Y 2 O 3 ) thermal barrier coatings was evaluated in cyclic oxidation and corrosion tests. Plasma-sprayed two thickness (0.02 0.04 cm) were partially melted with a CO laser. power density the focused lasser beam varied from 35 to 75W mm -2 , while scanning speed about 80 cm min -1 . In tests, specimens heated burner rig for 6 cooled min. results obtained indicated that laser-treated samples had same life as untreated samples. However, which flame contained 100 ppm Na fuel equivalent, exhibited nearly fourfold improvement over reference both lives inversely laser-melted layer zirconia.
