摘要: An avionic tray adapted to be made in several width and sizes including standard ATR widths is from aluminum alloy sheet which had beads or corrugations compensate for decreased overall of the sheet. Typically, 0.040" thick 6061-T6 alloy, increase effective apparent thickness usual 0.063". In a bottom section run substantially parallel with longitudinal axis tray, but do not extend deformed area where metering plate mounted. side rails one bead runs axis, rest are disposed an edge rail itself at acute angle tray. Jig pins provided comprise extrusions material surround punched-out holes material.
