摘要: Abstract The interactions, negotiations and decision-making involved in environmental sustainability the mining industry are intricate multi-faceted. Negotiations between communities, companies, governments countless other stakeholders occur predominantly during permitting stage where potential impacts estimated, management plans established, site remediation is planned, sharing of benefits discussed. Game theory a structured tool that can investigate interactions two or more players to understand their actions under given conditions. There many applications game economics, business, policy, sciences; however, there limited examples industry. With multi-criteria approach, this research develops five games explore for developed scenarios maximize both overall sustainability. A discussion provided on challenges incorporating as well general issues with modelling problems Finally, paper concludes by providing future direction further mineral policy.
