摘要: The cell size distributions of various experimental puffed corn extrudates were determined by image analysis, applied to longitudinal and transversal cross sections. Individual cross-sectional area was used as the measure. All distributions, regardless specimen orientation, composition extrusion conditions, described mathematically both log-normal Rosin-Rammler distribution functions. mean size, degree skew-ness or corresponding functions constants, characteristic extrudate type its particular cellular structure.
