摘要: We measure the quantum capacitance and probe thus directly electronic density of states high mobility, Dirac type two-dimensional electron system, which forms on surface strained HgTe. Here we show that observed magnetocapacitance oscillations probe-in contrast to magnetotransport-primarily top surface. Capacitance measurements constitute a powerful tool only one topological reconstruct its Landau level spectrum for different positions Fermi energy.
