Lipases and (R)-oxynitrilases: useful tools in organic synthesis

摘要: The use of enzymes in organic solvents is currently special relevance for the preparation products high added value. Lipases are that have shown greatest utility through enzymatic transesterification reactions. Over last few years, we value aminolysis and ammonolysis reactions amides resolution esters amines. We alkoxycarbonylation also great chemoselective natural products. Lyases, much less exploited synthesis, proving increasingly interesting, especially (R)-oxynitrilases synthesis optically active cyanohydrins.
