摘要: We propose a formal model that investigates the institutional cause of expansion gridlock region in legislative body under supermajority rule. show interaction between election and rule policy-making process causes an size certain circumstances. More specifically, if position status quo is neither too moderate nor extreme, then voters will be incentivized to elect more extreme representative than themselves, this sophisticated voting results region.
