摘要: • In a series of 71 patients with trauma, we measured weekly the blood levels number complement proteins and activation products. We also following: leukocytes, platelets, granulocyte enzyme elastase, alpha 1 -antitrypsin, total protein, albumin, haptoglobin, fibronectin. The intensity elastase correlated following factors: (1) injury severity (especially limb injury), (2) development adult respiratory distress syndrome, (3) multiple organ failure, (4) probability fatal outcome. plasma level seemed to be best predictor syndrome correlate failure severity. Our findings support hypothesis that posttraumatic system leads granulocytes, followed by microvascular finally failure. ( Arch Surg 1986;121:886-890)
