摘要: Purpose: The logistics sector faces a worldwide shortage of skilled personnel. Gamification represents new approach to attract people's interest by applying game elements in non-game context. In our study, we develop theoretical framework improve the image using gamification for future studies. Methodology: Based on findings literature review, discuss and its potential sector.
