摘要: The constant interest in handling, integrating and understanding biological systems of for the biomedical field, pharmaceutical industry biomaterial researchers demand use techniques that allow manipulation samples causing minimal or no damage to their natural structure. Thanks advances micro- nanofabrication during last decades several offer us possibility image, characterize manipulate material a controlled way. Using these integration biomaterials with remarkable properties physical transducers has been possible, giving rise new highly sensitive biosensing devices. This article reviews different available integrate materials manner either by sliding them along surface (2-D manipulation), grapping moving position (3-D manipulating relocating applying external forces. advantages drawbacks are mentioned together examples reflect state art (171 references).
