摘要: Electrochemical and X-ray absorption techniques have been used to determine the influence of complexation processes on catalytic properties heat-treated systems composed by mixture one polymer Co acetate. Three non-nitrogenous polymers were studied: poly(methyl vinyl ketone) (PVK), poly(acrylic acid) (PAA); polystyrene (PE). The catalysts PE PAA presented very low activity for O2 reduction; a maximum was found PVK catalyst at 1000 °C. XAFS experiments Co, N, C, O K edges showed that between ions yields good dispersion formation small clusters during thermal treatment. absence leads poor activity, as in case PAA.
