摘要: Abstract Fine grain nanocomposites of (100 − x ) PbZr 0.52 Ti 0.48 O 3 − ( CeO 2 with = 0.5, 1 and 2 wt%, were prepared characterized for structural microstructural changes. Addition ceria nanoparticles resulted into a fine microstructure average size ranging from 600 nm to 440 nm significant decrease in sintering temperature (∼200 °C). Size distribution profile, as analyzed by lognormal function suggests very narrow distribution. X-ray diffraction analyses sintered samples reveal that PZT/CeO nanocomposite could retain distorted tetragonal structure even low 440 nm. Further, complex impedance spectroscopy studies performed illustrate the electrical properties bulk boundary phases ceramics. Two processes spectra at temperatures above 350 °C attributed phase. Magnitude capacitance corresponding transition was found be strongly dependent on system. Both relaxation follows Arrhenius law.
