摘要: To compare the objective and subjective clinical outcome of minimally invasive popliteal tendon (PT) recess procedure versus arthroscopic PT reconstruction, combined with posterior cruciate ligament reconstruction in patients Type A posterolateral rotational instability (PLRI). The hypothesis was that two techniques had comparable outcomes. Between 2012 2017, who were eligible for inclusion this study if they (1) PLRI according to Fanelli’s classification tibial translation > 12 mm on stress radiography side-to-side difference dial test external rotation > 10°, (2) peel-off lesion or laxity structural integrity (3) followed a minimum 2 years examination under anesthesia (EUA) radiograph results. Evaluation included scoring, knee stability examinations second-look lateral gutter drive-through (LGDT) test. Patients underwent designated as Group A, while labelled B. differences between groups analyzed. total 61 follow-up time evaluated present study. At final follow-up, there no significant inter-group Lysholm scores (Group A: 69.0 ± 16.5, B: 75.8 ± 14.6, ns), Tegner [Group 2 (1–4), 3 (1–5), ns], IKDC 70.5 ± 13.5, 71.1 ± 9.1, ns). No 4.3 ± 3.8 mm, 4.7 ± 4.6 mm, P = 0.701), result 0.9 ± 4.4°, 1.6 ± 4.9°, ns) LGDT positive rate 2/34, 5.9%, 2/27, 7.7%, observed. Both significantly improved comparing preoperative value. In comparison demonstrated outcome. When both are indicated, graft-free can be viable option. III.
