摘要: Abstract Candida species are opportunistic pathogens which can cause conditions ranging from simple mucocutaneous infections to fungemia and death in immunosuppressed hospitalized patients. albicans is considered be the mostly associated with fungal humans and, therefore, studied yeast. This microorganism has survival virulence factors which, allied a decreased host immunity response, make infection more difficult control. Today, current limited antifungal arsenal dramatic increase resistance have driven need for synthesis of drugs novel mechanisms action. However, development new drug discovery marketing takes long time highly costly. The objective this review show that advances biotechnology biofinformatics, silico tools such as molecular docking optimize timeline reduce costs, while contributing design targeted drugs. Here we highlight most promising protein targets
