摘要: Abstract The interaction of luteolin with calf thymus deoxyribonucleic acid (ctDNA) under physiological conditions (Tris–HCl buffer solutions, pH 7.4) was studied by UV–Vis spectroscopy, fluorescence spectroscopy and viscosity measurement method, respectively. results indicated that a complex ctDNA can be formed. Spectroscopic techniques together determination provided evidences intercalation mode binding for the between ctDNA. constant to DNA calculated based on data found 4.52 × 104 L mol−1 at 310 K. thermodynamic parameters were double reciprocal method: Δ r H m s = - 8.9 × 10 3 J mol 1 , S 60.5 JK G 2.76 4 (310 K). interacting forces mainly included hydrophobic interactions hydrogen bonds. acridine orange displacement studies revealed had significant effect bounded DNA, which indicative binding.
