摘要: The last few years have witnessed an explosion in the information about chromosome abnormalities human sperm and meiotic events that predispose to these abnormalities. We determined all chromosomes are susceptible nondisjunction, but 21 22 and, especially, sex increased frequency of aneuploidy. Studies just beginning on effects potential mutagens chromosomal constitution sperm. pesticides cancer therapeutic agents been reviewed. In decade, there has a great impetus study from infertile men because advent intracytoplasmic injection (ICSI) made it possible for father pregnancies. A large number studies demonstrated chromosomally abnormal children, even when they normal somatic karyotype. Meiotic pachytene stage spermatogenesis impaired synapsis, significantly decreased recombination, completely lacking recombination site. Such errors make cells arrest production aneuploid gametes.
