摘要: Reproductive success is a common, expected outcome for male and female recipients of solid-organ transplants. Men can father children, women become pregnant carry the fetus to delivery. There are, however, important maternal fetal complications that need be considered provide optimal care mother her infant. Although pregnancy common after transplantation all solid organs, guidelines counseling clinical management are limited.
