摘要: The present study is the premier clinical attempt to scrutinize practicability of prophylactic fibrinogen infusion in patients undergoing heart transplantation (HT). A total 67 consecutive who had undergone HT between January 2012 and December 2014 were assessed. After exclusion some patients, 23 given preoperative 2 g concentrate over a period 15 minutes after termination cardiopulmonary bypass pump complete reversal heparin, 30 not given. Some laboratories measured before general anesthesia at 6 24 hours surgery. In addition, major adverse events also evaluated during hospitalization. mean age was 39.5 ± 11.4 years, with predominance male sex (77.4%). All baseline comparable groups. length hospital stay longer control group compared (20 [16-22] vs 16 [12-19] days; P = .005). There trend for have more acute kidney injury (AKI) surgery (10% 30.4%) less reoperation bleeding (20% 8.7%). amount postoperative significantly higher ( < .001). number packed red blood cell transfused lower transfusion may be associated reductions bleeding, cells, stay; however, it enhance AKI.
