EnglishFrail, elderly patients appropriately use hospital emergency services with increasing frequency. An effective evidencebased model for evaluating such in the department has not been developed. Nonetheless, when assessing frail we are advised to establish clear objectives appropriate their overall situation so that a diagnosis can be made and treatment priorities set. evaluation of functional status is useful planning continuity care provided by primary team after these discharged.
