摘要: In this paper, the effect of post heat treatment on fatigue behaviour friction stir spot welded Al–Mg–Si aluminium alloy was investigated. The microstructure weld zone classified into two regions: (SZ) and mixed (MZ), where fine equiaxed grains due to dynamic recrystallization were observed. Two kinds treatment, namely aging T6 applied as-welded joints. in SZ MZ extremely enlarged only by but some still remained near boundary MZ. Fatigue tests conducted using lap-shear specimens at a stress ratio R = 0.1. Post treatments exhibited little influence strength, fracture morphology dependent both load level treatment.
