摘要: The fractionation of lignocellulosic materials can be applied to get each the components (cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin) biomass in its maximum purity yield. individual component further processed high-value products such as fuels biomaterials at existing or newly developing biorefineries. steam-assisted microwave (MW)-assisted processes were used fractionate sweet sorghum bagasse into hemicellulosic sugars, cellulose-rich high-density residue solid lignin. treatment temperature evaluated for process was 121 °C 30 120 min. substrate autohydrolysed extract hemicellulose, delignified using lime solution obtain residue. lignin from liquor obtained after (SSB) precipitated carbon dioxide gas. Under optimum conditions, autohydrolysis extracted 72.69 (±0.08) % by weight hemicelluloses while MW-assisted 70.83 (±0.49) % bagasse. resulted 69.67 (±1.26) % extraction 68.27 (±1.19) % corresponding samples. CO2 58.85 (±3.2) % dissolved yellow 60.26 (±2.11) % recovered process. two methods have not exhibited significant differences overall recovery solids, extraction, delignification, residual concentration cellulose ash lime. difference (p value <0.05) only total reducing sugars hydrolysate liquor. increased crystallinity index (TCI) treated SSB also guaiacyl content which thermally more stable than produced
