摘要: Pollen grains of Lilium longiflorum are a long-established model system for pollen germination and tube tip growth. Due to their size, protein content almost synchronous in synthetic media, they provide simple physiological measurements as well sufficient material biochemical studies like purifications, enzyme assays, organelle isolation or determination metabolites during elongation. Despite recent progresses molecular biology techniques, sequence information expressed proteins transcripts lily is still scarce. Using next generation sequencing strategy (RNAseq), the transcriptome was investigated resulting more than 50 million high quality reads with length 90 base pairs. Sequenced were assembled annotated, finally visualized MAPMAN software tools compared other RNAseq genome data including Arabidopsis pollen, vegetative tissues Amborella trichopoda genome. All provided open access files suitable search sequences interest.
