摘要: Abstract A hydrodynamic study of protein S4 from Escherichia coli 30 S ribosomal subunits indicates that this is moderately asymmetric. sedimentation coefficient 1.69 and a diffusion 7.58 X 10(-7) cm2/s suggest has an axial ratio about 5:1 using prolate ellipsoidal model. This structure should give radius gyration 29-30 small-angle neutron or x-ray scattering studies. utilized quasi-elastic light as analytical tool to obtain well method monitor sample quality.
