摘要: Biomimetic processes have attracted huge attention in recent years due to their significant applications biomedical areas such as bone tissue engineering. In the present study, a biomimetic process was employed form nanocrystallite apatite coating on metal. A thin bone-like layer coated onto titanium (Ti) metals via an alkali pre-treatment. This followed by immersion simulated body fluid. Analysis of film x-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscope has shown that grown this way exhibits nanostructure similar stoichiometry natural bone. It is observed thickness increases period increases. The growth kinetics mechanism are also discussed. cross-sectional study uniform carbonate-containing (hydroxyapatite) firmly adhered Ti adhesion substrate further confirmed shear test, which average value 9.5 MPa. bioactivity finally examined cell culturing experiments. results nanocomposite prepared using method possesses good mechanical properties bioactivity.
