摘要: The effect of the microstructure GMT on its mechanical properties was investigated. studied includes fiber mat structure, through-thickness glass content-distribution sheets and void content. bundle (FB-GMT) single (SF-GMT) were prepared by impregnation process using continuous mats as reinforcement, respectively. two GMTs compared to reveal difference in reinforcing between fiber. needle density also studied, which indicated that needle-punching improves GMT, optimal is 40∼60 needles/cm 2 . content-distribution, inhomogeneous can be modified film-stacking method, significantly affects GMT. Finally, study content with increasing content, strength modulus decrease, but impact property increases slightly.
