摘要: The crystallography of tungstenbronze-type like Ba6−3xR8+2xTi18O54 solid solutions for microwave dielectric materials applied mobile phone and base station were studied. crystal data structure the fundamental lattice supperlattice, derivation chemical formula structural are summarized. Fourier map showed that oxygen ion positions TiO6 octahedra splitted. This fact proved tilting which is cause superlattice. mechanisms properties Finally, guidelines design presented.
