摘要: New regulations mandated by the FCC would require telecommunications operators to assure a minimum backup power capacity at every site improve availability of communications networks, especially during emergency situations. This paper explores implications new Katrina panel order and its associated rule within context mobile infrastructure. Operators can choose among variety technologies implement required cellular base station sites. Fuel cell generators help overcome some challenges meet compliance with rule.
