摘要: The combination of coronary artery aneurysm and fistula is infrequent. A saccular a branch the left-circumflex associated with multiple fistulae to right atrium was observed on angiogram performed in 47-year-old female. Multidetector computed tomography angiography detailed anatomy abnormal artery. An embolization microcoil sac excluded.
