Photodesorption and adsorbate–surface interactions stimulated by laser radiation

摘要: Laser photons can interact with a gas‐solid system to promote heterogeneous reactions and stimulate desorption. In this paper, review is given on desorption processes induced by photon radiation. This includes laser‐induced thermal photodesorption ultraviolet, visible, infrared lasers. Relevant theories recent experimental results are discussed particular emphases surface molecular dynamics assessing the quantum thermally assisted radiation effects.
